After losing some of my memory a few years ago (anxiety overload) I have decided to backup my brain online. I have only just started the process (at the beginning of course) and have found this forum while I was doing some research – so I can work out the best way to transfer some of memory over to digital. If I do suffer from a complete or partial amount of memory loss in the future I can just use my backup that will always remain online.

Feel free to contact me if you feel you have any questions about anxiety – others have given their time to me during my recovery and I am more than happy to repay the favor.

- I would welcome any comments/advice/trolling/criticism.
Just search for “bill finch brain back up” to find my videos.
Maybe you or someone you know has successful used a Brain Back up?
