Language patterns do not seem to match: it's evidence that he's not Enki.

Just thought I would try my hand at it improve style. I found an acorn that just started to sprout, and planted it in a 3x3 pot after wrapping the roots in tight gauze except a few places I wanted roots to come out. That didn't work so well, and the tap root grew to be about 5 inches, so I decided to wrap the tap root into a loop, and let it grow in on itself, and trimmed all of the other roots significantly.

I honestly don't know the first thing about bonsai, just messing around smile.gif The oak tree is about 6 inches tall now with 4 or 5 sets of leaves. It is about 6 months old. Any advice on how to carry on from here/fix any damages I have done? lol

Wait 'til spring and put it in a bigger pot, cut the tap root to the depth of the new pot. Water, sunshine, and fertilizer. Wait two more years and repot again.
